How do I save my game progress?
Diamond Fight uses a Cloud Sync system. Go to the
in-game Settings, enter your email address, and verify it with the
OTP code sent to your inbox. Once verified, your progress is
automatically saved to our secure servers.
I lost my account! How do I recover it?
Do not panic! Simply reinstall the game, go to Settings, and enter
the same email address you used to register. We will send a new OTP
code. Enter the code, and your progress (level, skills, items) will
be restored instantly.
Can I play offline?
Yes! Diamond Fight supports Hybrid Mode. You can
play maps and grind levels without an internet connection. However,
you will need to connect to the internet to purchase items, sync
your save data, or participate in PvP events.
How do I unlock new skills?
Skills are unlocked by defeating Map Bosses or opening Mystery
Chests using in-game Diamonds. You can equip up to 4 active skills
at a time.
I purchased items but didn't receive them.
Please try restarting the game first. If the items still don't
appear, please use the Contact Form below. Make sure to include your
Player ID and a screenshot of the
Purchase Receipt (from Google Play or Apple).
Account Deletion Area
If you wish to permanently delete your account and all associated data
from our servers, you may submit a request.
